This was an absolutely Remarkable buffet! The food is Explosive! It was like having a little party in my mouth. The service was fantastic and the establishment is full of things to look at and food to choose from. Don't like Sea Food? Not a Problem! There's a little bit of something for everyone here at this hopping little joint! I highly recommend giving Captain Jacks a Go! Very clean, smells fantastic and very family friendly 👨👩👧👦
Wait staff friendly great food Owner at front door wonderful attitude. We our staying Fort Walton and drove to Panama City just for Captain Jacks in Thomas Drive. The best!

All you can eat buffet with crab legs was absolutely perfect! Our waiter was right on time with service, very polite and friendly! Was my first time eating here, it was fantastic! Reasonably priced for an all you can eat seafood buffet!

This place is amazing! And well worth the price for seafood! I highly recommend the coconut shrimp, and my significant other LOVED the cornbread muffins

Not sure what reason you would come here other than to eat your weight in all you can eat crab legs. Service by Michael was impeccable. He had our table cleared off quickly, fresh napkins and trash plates replaced quickly. He was constantly refilling our drinks. The service was definitely the best service I’ve had at a Buffet. The mix of food on the menu was good! Other seafood was decent. Lots of deserts. Take a look!
The crab legs were terrific and the butter was hot! The desserts were plentiful. Lots of sides but who goes here for the sides? The shrimp was large and on point. Service was great, they cleared the shell plate/plates often and replenished drinks quickly. Little pricey but, you get what you pay for and this was Worth it❣️
This place is fantastic! The crab legs are big, fresh, delicious, and they serve generous clusters. The other food available is a la cart quality - fresh, warm, and tasty.

I removed one star (would have preferred to remove only half but only full star options) for the desserts. They all seemed to be made out of cheap powder. The cheese cake was extremely strange, the chocolate moose was oily, and the butter cake was dry.
Honestly tho, you don't come here for the desserts. Everything else is 5 star!
Great spot for hungry eaters! Group of 20 of us and we’re seated immediately. The crab legs were a great deal, just be sure to come hungry to get your money’s worth. There are plenty of options, but if you aren’t into seafood the value may not be there for you. Crab legs were flavorful, hot, and never ending. You will spend some money, but kids’ prices and the “no crab legs” price is decent too. Place is clean, staff is nice, and food tastes great.

Well I'll start off by saying the food was ok and the crab legs where good. Only thing is you half to wait in these really long line just to receive 2 leg clusters at a time and also there is not a very big selection to choose from... Pluse it is pretty expensive for 2 adults and 1 10year old and a 4year old with 4 drinks after tax was $215 and some change. And our server had came one time to refill our drinks and never one time came and took the plate of empty crab legs away. But hey I'm not knocking this place if you want all you can eat crab legs and you like to wait give them a try. But if not well this place ain't for you...
