This was our first time eating here and it was amazing!! We will definitely be going back! I can't remember our waiter's name but he did an amazing job! I love great service and he went above and beyond if you ever go to Panama City Beach FL go to the Red Robin! Great and timely service, delicious food, and the kids got a balloon when we left.
Food was meh. Not bad, but just not what I thought it would be. However, Mike, Our waiter, was the best waiter we have ever had out of an restaurant we have ever visited. great with the kids, great with everyone else too. Super friendly. was multitasking but still had drinks filled and people smiling and laughing having a good time. Super knowledgeable about the menu and toppings and all the above. I would give the food a second chance just for this guy honestly.
Best experience compared to any other Red Robin location. Our server was exceptional! We didn't catch his name but he went above and beyond getting our food and drinks delivered quickly. He deserves a promotion. Burgers definitely seem a whole lot bigger at this location! Would definitely visit again.
It was great! Mike was our server he did an outstanding job! Highly recommend the fish and chip basket! Mike also makes a very good old-fashioned which I highly recommend if you're interested in a drink!
This review is to brag on our server Mike/Charles. When I tell you he had the best energy and was on top of everything!!! He was super nice and very good at what he does. It's rare nowadays to get good and prompt service. Especially with a smile. He made my evening with his upbeat personality and positive attitude. 5 stars for you sir! We need more servers like you out there😇

When I came in to eat. I ordered a pizza a few drinks and an appetizer.
The manager approached me and told me that he is sorry for the pizza that there was a breaker that tripped in the back and just for the inconvenience he gave it to me free. Who does this around Christmas? This is a great place not just to eat but to make friends.
had a great experience here over the weekend ! spent my two year anniversary through Panama & decided to stop here for food. our waiter was very friendly & attentive i believe his name was shannon. the steak fries & milkshake were so good & the burger was very flavorful & juicy. 10/10 definitely will be back !!
Loved everything. Food and service were great. The only reason not 5 star is price. Burger meals are $17 each,,,,so over $40 for two with a tip.
The food and experience was great, clean establishment. Great attentive staff from the time you enter. Our server was awesome, order taken promptly and food brought to table in timely manner. Our burgers were delicious, juicy and cooked to order, fries were hot and fresh. I did expect more from the milkshake really blah, nothing special for the price. I would definitely return for the great service and delicious burgers.

We went to eat here right before we were supposed to be at the airport for flight. We informed the waitstaff of this and they put our order in and brought us our meal very quickly. They had us in and out of there very fast and we made it to our flight on time. Plus the food was really good.
