My mom and I went to the PCB location last night and had to wait about 10 minutes for steak because we both wanted steak burritos. The employees apologized several times, thanked us for our patience, and proceeded to comp our food. Only paid for the drinks and chips for the inconvenience. We never expected that, but it was a great way to introduce me to this new location. Everyone here complaining about shortages has obviously never worked in the food industry. Chipotle is, and always will be, the best burrito place.
Went to Chipotle for the first time yesterday. I am now addicted to the food. Big shout out to Kimmie and all the staff there. Kimmie's customer service skills were WONDERFUL (rarely seen in many places these days). Wish they also had a Chipotle in Panama City (to save me the long drive). I can now see myself, going to Chipotle at least once a week (to satisfy my Mexican food fix). Thanks for the great meal and service.
My visit to Chipotle was consistent with my experiences at other branches. The food quality was satisfactory, and the assembly line-style service allowed for customization. However, the ambiance lacked uniqueness, resembling the standard decor seen in other locations. The staff was friendly and efficient, but nothing stood out to make this visit exceptional. Chipotle remains a reliable option for a quick and customizable meal, but I hoped for a touch of individuality in this particular branch.

Chipotle on our way from Panama to Destin. Very busy one. Nice food and service was also very good. If you do not want to wait, they have online ordering. Outside seating available. Plenty of parking; Located in pier park area, easy to drive.

Food and service has greatly improved since moving here over a year ago. Staff works hard to get your food out quickly.
Chipotle taste never fails to provide the flavor in the taste bud.
This is a very very busy Chipotle. We waited about 30 minutes for our food and we ordered ahead on the app and arrived at the estimated time. Being in a tourist town we expected the wait though. Great food!
Excellent food, great service. If they had a better variety of salsa, it'd be 5 stars for me.
