In town for a baseball tournament and the entire team enjoyed all-you-can-eat pizza at Cicis! Pizza, salad, breadsticks and pasta are all available on the buffet bar. Great selection, and if you don't see the pizza you want, they will make it for you.
This location is newer so the restaurant is clean and spacious. Customer service was helpful & friendly.
There is also a game room for kids to play pop a shot, air hockey and more.

This is the first Cicis I've been to. Honestly, I had always heard not so great things about the chain.
However, I must admit, that at least this Cicis is actually pretty good. Good selection of pies, mostly regular crust but deep dish as well.
The ingredients tasted fresh, lots of cheese & for sitting under the heat lamp, it still tasted fresh.
I also enjoyed meeting the manager.
Our CiCis pizza at home has closed. So we was excited to see one in Panama City Beach Fla.
Pizza decent, but cheesy bread was phenomenal. Salad bar was lacking (brown lettuce, no cheese, egg, or mushrooms, and dressing was nasty. Decent for a Cicis...
Probably the best Cici pizza restaurant I've been too. The service was great. The place was clean. The manager running the place was in top of things. They kept the pizza coming out. A must try in Panama City.
Very clean establishment! The staff are friendly and are constantly working, but smiling and laughing with each other too in a way that you can tell they are having fun at work. It presents a great atmosphere!
This location was pretty and had alot of seating arrangements! They definitely always stalked up on pizza . I do want to say that the pizza or soup i ate ! Really upset my stomach and i was in pain all night !

This CiCi's is amazing! Like the place was busy, but they always made sure that pizza was out for people. I would definitely recommend going! Also, they got a small arcade room in the back, and it's so fun!
You can't go wrong with Cici's Pizza. It's not the best tasting pizza on earth, but you get as much as you want and you can even have a custom pizza made if they don't have your favorite on the buffet. Their garlic bread sticks, cinnamon bread sticks, and Alfredo sauce are also stand outs of the buffet. We went yesterday and none of us left unsatisfied because there's something for everyone. I'll be hitting this place up again if we ever come back to Panama City Beach!
Nice variety. Would have liked pizza more warm and notified when my order of a Supreme was brought out (thankfully I got 1 slice). Cinnamon rolls were yummy. Nice family place. I would have thought drinks would have been included in price though.
