My recent experience at Cici’s Pizza in Pasadena, TX, was truly exceptional, particularly due to the outstanding cleanliness and freshness of their offerings. The attention to hygiene was evident throughout, with tables meticulously prepared and the entire restaurant maintaining a pristine condition.
What stood out the most was the infectious enthusiasm of the employees. Their genuine happiness created a welcoming and positive atmosphere, enhancing the overall dining experience. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work, contributing to the restaurant’s inviting ambiance.
I must also applaud the cleaning lady for her exceptional attentiveness. She consistently ensured that every corner of the restaurant remained immaculate, reflecting a dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
One noteworthy aspect of the Cici’s Pizza experience was the manager’s proactive involvement. The manager was consistently visible, actively supporting the team and ensuring a seamless operation. This hands-on approach undoubtedly contributes to the positive work culture and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately I was not able to grab his name.
One of my favorite locations. The manager here is really a great guy. He greets. & thanks people and ask them if they need anything else . Like he speaks to he's guest. We love this location . He cleans and just makes everything right. He respects he's workers .
This place has been food and service than some Landry’s restaurants !!! The manager has the crew on point !! I watched him throw out any old pizza and made sure everything was clean fresh !!! The staff didn’t stand around they were always busy doing something !! The Best Cicis I’ve ever been to !! Highly recommended and restaurant was very clean!! If 6 stars was an option I would have chosen it !!
