I've been coming to this restaurant since I moved to Miramar and have continued to dine here since they opened! We had a girls late lunch/early dinner just yesterday (09/25/16) to celebrate two of our group's birthdays! Know the menu by heart, love the wine specials, our favorite waiter, and the ambiance! Drunken Haloumi is the best appetizer bar none! Shwarmas, Skirt Steak, Gyro, hummus, basmati rice, everything is delicious! Dessert specialty is the bomb! Fresh made... And got to watch some amazing belly dancing on an evening there! You won't be disappointed! ❤️❤️
Our group of 34 people thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Mazza. The food was flavorful and authentic. The portions and presentation was perfect. The staff went above and beyond. The dancer was exquisite. We highly recommemd this magnificent restaurant. Dont miss out a definite must go to.
I had a girl's night here with a couple of friends and it was perfect. Our server was wonderfully attentive and made great suggestions. The food was delicious and the dancer was very good. I'll definitely be returning!
Amazing atmOsphere, food was excellent too. Great service. Top notch we'll home back soon
Best Mediterranean in Broward. Service and food cannot be matched.
Just Perfect!!!. Mazza has the most delicious food. I have been there with my boyfriend, with friends, and with family. There is something in the menu for every taste. My parents are picky eaters but fell in love with this restaurant because the food was great and the dancing show during dinner was incredible. Its hard to find a combination of good food and good entertainment without it being too crazy and too expensive but this place manages to do so in an authentic manner and without breaking the bank.
Highly Recommended!!. Finally tried this place and I will definitely be back. I had the hummus app and mixed grill entree. Awesome value for the size of portions and quality of food.
Awesome Food and Service. To start off, the food is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! I've been there on numerous occassions for lunch an dinner and the experience has always been awesome. Starting from the mouth watering appetizers, to the main courses, to the deserts, if you're in the mood for real home made Mediterranean Cuisine, Mazza is your spot . I definitely recommend the Kashta for desert.... It's the real deal. They get a FIVE Star all the way.....
The Best mediterranean Cuisine. We live in Pembroke Pines, and looking for a different, nearby place to eat, Mazza was recommended to us by a dear friend. We were not disappointed. At first glance, we founded it to be a simply, nice decorated, exceptionally clean and cozy place. Then, Reynaldo, our very attentive and helpful waiter dispelled the mystery of some of the foreign food to us no familiar with word like "Shawarma", "Spanakopita", "Falapel" and Tabouleh". We ordered the house wine, the Hummus and Falapel as appetizers and both the Chicken and Beef Shawarna as main course, and while waiting for the food, enjoyed the very nice, Mediterranean ambiance music. Well, everything we ordered was delicious, and the portions so generous that we had to take some of it home. Nevertheless, we made room to share the Pistachio Creme brulee... umm umm umm! We were so pleased that three days later we went back for some light lunch. and this time, we had the opportunity to meet the owner, Faris Bushnaq, a very pleasant and (according to my wife), very good looking fellow, who after hearing our compliments about the food in general and specifically about the dessert, recommended us to try his Ashta... Well, just to think about it, made my mouth watery! Looks like we are going to be visiting Mazza very often, so now is our turn to recommend it to all our friends and family members as it was done to us.
This place has a loyal following. This neighborhood restaurant in a suburban shopping center was a busy place when we visited on a Saturday night. It apparently enjoys a loyal local following. Food was mostly good and the service was efficient and very friendly. The dud of the night for us was the grilled octopus, which was soggy and not to our liking. The Hummus, stuffed grape leaves and the lamb shops were pretty good. The gyro was good, but not as good as we've tasted at other restaurants. Overall, it was a good dining experience and we'll return and recommend.
Great tasting food at a good price. Ingredients felt fresh, without excessive grease.
I don't know if it has happened to you that you are eating and feel a feeling of happiness with the food, you feel like you want to dance, I had not had this feeling years ago, what I am trying to say with this review is The food is spectacular, me and my husband loved it. Excellent service, the man who attended us was super friendly, and asked us on several occasions if everything was okay. I give it 5 stars because I can't give it more, if you like Mediterranean food go to this place, don't hesitate, just go…
Mediterranean cuisine never disappoints and Mazza Mediterranean Restaurant proves it to be always true. My girlfriend was fascinated by the Baklava Ice Cream 🍨🍦 dessert and I was able to share with her the indulgences of appetizers that were like meals themselves without having to have entrées.
I went there with my husband, we love Mediterranean food, and we have been trying a lot around Broward and Dade, and we found this place!
The hummus is very delicious, Perfect texture!
The pita bread was soft and crunchy at the same time, super good!
I ordered gyro platter it was delicious, good quality and also the veggies where very clean and fresh.
My husband had a chicken platter and super yummy too.
The service here is quite amazing! They are polite, yet very efficient too! The food speaks for itself - fresh, brought to the table quickly & hot!
We had fresh pita strips & garlic butter once we sat down. I then ordered the falafel and a gyro platter. Everything was delicious, but I had no room for dessert 🥲
Hands down the best Mediterranean restaurant in South Florida. We drive an hour to come here. Everything is always so delicious, especially the hummus. Perfection every time. A must Try!!
Great atmosphere and service. The food for the most part was very good. Only dish that I didn’t like was the Mazda burger, the meat was hard and dry. Definitely will be coming back to try other dishes.
We had an absolutely amazing time here last night. We were celebrating my husbands and sister-in-laws birthday and had made a reservation for 12. The service was great and the food was outstanding. The belly dancer was a surprise but a really nice addition to the night. Please do yourself a favor and go if you haven’t tried this place yet!
So glad my friend wanted to meet at Mazza. I hadn’t been there in quite a while. Was pleasantly surprised by Ahmad who took care of us my first time there. Couldn’t quite remember what I had the last time and he was able to find what I wanted. The food was delicious. His customer service was phenomenal. We didn’t have to wait for drink refills or anything. Ahmad we will be back soon. Thank you

We had a very large group and the service was outstanding. The staff were efficient, friendly, and attentive. The food was flavorful, fresh and either appropriately hot or cold. One of the best Middle Eastern restaurants that I have been to in South Florida. It was truly a pleasurable experience and plan to return soon.
Why not 5 stars? They would have to sell the restaurant and a new company would have to remodel the place entirely, not to mention their performance in the kitchen and in general.
Why 4 stars? They actually deserve 1 star but my idea is not to hurt them, nevertheless I must write about my experience tonight.
Service was ok, maybe good. An Egyptian waiter, no uniform, good attitude, well mannered , he was a nicer person than a server.
The good: their fish kebab was decent.
The not so good: The floor was filthy. It was hard not to fall. I think they mix the floor detergent with olive oil. That’s how greasy it was. The place was a mess. Very disorganized.
The food was just terrible. Eggplants had no taste, the salads were huge and did not honor what real Lebanese cuisine is all about. The way they present the babaganouch and the labne is just terrible.
The experience in general was Poor. The music was chill out, it was terrible. Really.
A waste of money and time.
