It's exactly how it's described buffet salad bar with fresh salad and soups. Yes they have gluten free chocolate, muffins and some pizza. You can choose where you sit. The place is great for groups. Definitely will be going back!
This place is fantastic! I finally found a health conscientious salad bar in the Miami area. You have access to salads, soups, and if you choose, pizza and pasta, all for one low price.

We love coming here. The food is always fresh, and has great variety for the whole family. It can be a little pricey, especially for a large group, but if you join their reward club, they send discount coupons all the time. It's an all you can eat salad/soup/pasta/dessert bar with choices for all. Always clean, with friendly staff.
Like this place because they always have fresh food and it is clean. The service is good also. The only minor thing: I wish they could over any type of protein such as grilled chicken or going meat at least!, but no. Nevertheless, their soups are excellent (I have tried them all and they are all delicious) and the buffet are pretty decent as far as variety. All fresh and tasty.

Clean interior, good food selection and very fresh food. So much better for you to spend a meal at this buffet versus a drive through. Bakery and dessert bar was food as well. Can't go wrong eating here. Kid friendly, elderly friendly and great for groups.
