This place is incredibly distinctive and the food is exceptionally delicious. It's a recently opened, cozy, family-oriented establishment tucked away. They have attentive staff at every stage of your dining experience, ensuring your needs are met. Every dish I sampled was not only delicious but also fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The chefs take the time to explain the various dishes and fish options. They also offer à la carte choices for additional dishes, although I was quite full after enjoying all the courses!
RA has a very good happy hour. The food is good. What I've experienced in the past was usually a lack of service. They could have all the employees in the world and yet for some reason the service was bad. However, this time around I got Harry as my server. Big shout out to him. Exceptional customer service.
To RA management: if you want to enhance your customer service, have your servers shadow Harry.
We really enjoyed our food. This was the first time I tried sushi with chicken and it was delicious. Our wonton appetizer was great as was my wife's ramen. The drinks we had were also enjoyable and the prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be coming back.
One of the better restaurants in Pembroke Pines. Menu has a lot of different options but difficult to view because the lighting was very dim. The food was pretty good, very fresh, hibachi, and tasty. Best side dishes I've ever had at a Japanese franchise. We went on a busy night so the server was a bit overwhelmed but very helpful and polite.
Went for a baby shower and it was really nice. Lots of options to choose from. I ordered steak and chicken hitachi. Not sure if it’s because everything was made separately and put on the plate but it was very bland. The only other thing I would complain about is that had so many delicious looking from en drinks. Our party was at 1pm but no frozen drinks were available because they weren’t made yet. If restaurant opens at 11. Everything should be available unless it’s just a dinner option.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at RA Sushi, and I must say that the customer service provided by Antony, Sean, and Tony was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, they exuded warmth and professionalism, making me feel truly welcome. They were attentive throughout my meal, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing less than superb. Their knowledge of the menu and their ability to make recommendations based on my preferences was truly impressive. Antony, Sean, and Tony’s dedication to creating a memorable experience has left a lasting impression on me. I highly commend them for their outstanding service and will definitely be returning to RA Sushi, in no small part due to their remarkable efforts.
I always come to this location in Pembroke Pines. In fact, this is the only location that I’ve ever visited and it is pretty far away from my house but I love the smoky salmon rolls. I always get it at least twice a week on two occasions naim he is always nice to me and makes me feel welcomed during my visits. Any errors he's always willing to fix them without any hassle. I recently visited a sushi restaurant and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service.The restaurant had a cozy and intimate ambiance with beautiful Japanese decor. We started with some edamame, which was perfectly salted and steamed. Then, we ordered a variety of sushi rolls, and each one was a work of art. The rolls were beautifully presented and tasted even better than they looked.
Went here for lunch on a busy Saturday with my bro. The restaurant is nice with Japanese themed decor, offering indoor and outdoor dining. Juliet was our waitress, she is AMAZING, ask for her. The food was DELICIOUS.
EXCEPTIONAL! My son wanted Sushi for his birthday dinner and chose RA in Pembroke Gardens. What a great choice! Reservations were quick and easy to make. Hosts up front were friendly and sat us right away as the restaurant had our table ready for us. Our waiter, David, was very knowledgeable and funny. We loved his service and attention to detail. Drinks were delicious and the food fresh and full of flavor. Everyone in our party was very satisfied and will definitely make it a point to dine here again.
