We pre ordered and paid for a honey bakes ham. The wait was 2 hours, always is the same mess every year. The lines inside are uneven so of you are placed on the left side the line zig zags the right does not so the people Re the right always get served first. We love the ham and do not mind the waiting because we think it's worth it. I would highly suggest considering delivery, or not choosing the day before Thankgiving because the place is insane!!
I went here the day before thanksgiving to pick up my turkey and ham. The line was outrageous but it moved so fast and the employees had a nice attitude despite the chaos!

Holiday dinner? Perfect, they dont just offer ham, they also have Turkey and great side dishes, jams, the staff is very helpful to help you decide the right size ham for your guests, they also give you food samples of their products while you are in line
I was concerned because I remember horror stories from this location.I couldn’t have been more wrong! The staff was friendly, I had no waiting in-line. I used to go to the Weston store but found out they can charge whatever they want. 55.00 for a turkey breast??? Pines was charging 36.00. I have a new store now! THANK YOU!!! OUR DINNER WAS EXCELLENT!!
I really liked my shopping experience here. The employees were nice, friendly, and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The young lady that helped me was so knowledgeable about all the foods and how they tasted, which is very important to me because let's face it, this place is not cheap. So to have an employee share their expertise and not have me waste money is a god send. I was able to shop for the week for my family and had a wonderful time doing it. Thank you for the positive experience, I will surely see you again next week!
My husband, and I enjoy eating here. Everything is perfect. We enjoy the hot bread fresh from the oven.
The staff is so sweet. Service is prompt. Restaurant is always clean. What more can I say? Well, we will always return again, and again. It is that good.
I ordered my Easter Dinner online and paid in full. I received 4 out of 12 items. I called the store and they were closed so I called first thing on Monday Morning. They will not refund me my money only give me items that I did not receive. Easter is over and I no longer need these items. Very disappointed in this kind of service. Will not order from them again.
UPDATE: The store called and offered the items as well as a gift card for thanksgiving dinner. It is much appreciated.
