The food was very good, the Sriracha a bit spicer than previous Subway locations I've been to.
The tables were a bit dirty, but there was only one employee that had to handle several online orders on top of a handful of in person orders.
Would definitely return, especially since it's next to where I work.
I had a horrible experience at another location yesterday… the employee was grumpy and racist. He didn’t say a single word to me during the entire visit, and then muttered a racial slur under his breath.
I drove an extra ten minutes to this location instead, and the lady working was so personable and sweet. I also had a lot of unique requests, like doing certain veggies before roasting, and certain toppings after… and she was happy to do it! The lady who was working 04/29/22 during opening shift, deserves a raise or promotion. Also, this location uses paper bags, instead of plastic! Small changes like that REALLY make a difference. This location is doing something right!!!
Today Ingrid gave me one of the best experiences I have ever had at a sandwich shop.
From the genuine smile and friendly hello to a friendly conversation that honestly helped make my day better.
I was having a horrible morning but after a fantastic experience it helped make my morning better and honestly the rest of my day.
I will be back for more great experiences.
