I’m visiting AZ and staying in a local hotel. We don’t have dunkin’ donuts where I’m from so this is a real treat.
It was my second morning in a row there and was met a the window by a man named Norman”, incredibly pleasant, very polite and attentive. He’s a credit to this store!

This is my usual go to DD, and these employees are so hardworking and sweet, even though they deal with drive-through, in house, delivery apps, and more. I just witnessed two exchanges - one with an incredibly rude female customer who changed her order multiple times in the drive-through and then harassed the employee at the window, and one with a guy who came in during it, acting like “people are crazy” but he was also demanding, impatient and leaning over the counter into their space!
So let me give you a tip, as a customer. Chill. If you are picky or have a large order, come in. Don’t ask them every single available item in the drive-through. Wait your turn, and realize that hot food will not be ready in 20 seconds! Props to these employees, every day. I don’t know how they deal with the constant level of stupidity and entitlement.
Came in rather then drive thru as I knew my order was going to be annoying or confusing. Luckily we were helped by a guy named Norman. He was awesome answered my dumb questions was courteous and quick the donuts and breakfast sandwich were awesome coffee was great. Place was clean and prices fair... I'd recommend keeping Norman around the guys got great customer skills.. if my business was in Phoenix I'd probably try to hire him away from you guys...lol... Kidding.... Low key not kidding... I'll definitely be back while we are in town
