I had a small issue but the Beautiful lady , I wish I got her name but she was a Lil older with glasses and a wonderful person.. Great customer service. I definitely will be back there. 16th and Thomas

This is a great subway, it's very close to where I live and I often order ahead with the app which saves so much time. I'm able to wait at home for my food to be ready and then pick it up. It's as simple as; walk in, confirm name on order, pick up, leave. There have been a couple times that the sub crafters have had a bad attitude or were short with responses but I'm never there long enough for it to have any negative effects on my experience although I definitely notice. I've never had a problem with the food and will definitely continue to come here for my subs.

Dependable consistent sandwiches. Staff helped when the order in advance app malfunctioned. Good deals available in the app.
