I love this Papa John's and don't know why the other reviews are poor. We're regular customers and today they messed up our order but whoever was on the phone offered us a re-order or a refund. I'm seriously impressed with this company and their associates. Fast pizza at an affordable price.

4 stars. Added to order last minute. Delivery driver picked up the phone..just to pick it up I suppose. No one dropped my item. Waited inside for ten min before someone pulled away from the football game and asked my name. No order inside. Only one or two actually working, cleaning, being productive. No regard to customers inside with employees vulgarity. Asked for manager. He refunded my money. Still was missing three sauce cups ordered when I specifically asked if they were placed with order. Ordered extra pepperchini and they were also not provided. Bread sticks were 🔥. My son enjoyed his chocolate chip cookie.
