Five Guys never ceases to amaze me. Every time I’ve ever been to one the food is top notch. The burgers are always so fresh and juicy and the toppings are amazingly crunchy and delicious. I will say that the bathrooms at this one were a little dirty, but that doesn’t change my mind about this place. Overall 10/10!
If you’re looking for a delicious and quick meal I highly recommend you go here! They have such delicious burgers and fries, they can also lettuce wrap your burger! The service was pretty good, the atmosphere was also pretty good! It was a little dirty however. Overall I think this is much better than Mc Donald’s! 🩵
20230330 Wow! This is the largest Five Guys I've been to. It even has a fireplace. I haven't eaten at a Five Guys in a long time. Ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and grilled onion and Jalapeño on the side. I also ordered the regular fries and the nice cashier informed me that the regular is foe 2-4 people! 😳 So thankful she mentioned it!! I switched to the little fries 😁. The food is consistent with all the other Five Girls that I ate all. I love that the food is made to order, and customized to the way we want it!
This was the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville location and they do not have milkshakes which was a little disappointing BUT these guys make up for that because the burgers are so good. They really are, no joke. The beef is very moist and delicious and mine had grilled onions which made it crazy good. They always give you a good helping of fries and they guy that served us was a really nice, helpful bloke. As Australians in a strange land I appreciate people that are patient with us. Cheers to you mate!
I'm so glad we stopped in this restaurant. The burgers and fries were SO good. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stop in again when back in town.

Not your average burger and way better then next door. I am not including any thought towards the fact they took 16 minutes to call our number , because it's par for the course here in Dollywood. Wonderful service! The sitting area was very spacious and the food was tasty. The service was also good and the employees all seemed nice. I would definitely recommend going here.
Love the food and they have the best quality. It's a bit on the pricey side for what you get. Too much for everyday, but great as a treat. I LOVE that they have fresh jalapenos rather than pickled. It adds to the higher quality. If you haven't eaten here, the Cajun fries are awesome. You will probably want to get a small one unless you are sharing with more than another person. They give you that many fries.
