This was our first visit to a McAlisters and it was fabulous! The atmosphere was clean and friendly. At times the music was a bit of a turn off but then got better as we ate. Temperature was comfortable. The service was excellent! We were speaking with one of the workers who I said, “Y’all need to get a McAlister’s in Maryland!” He said that it would never happen :( When we were finished eating I was taking our tray of dirty dishes and trash up to find a trashcan the same guy says, “Mame, you don’t have to do that!” And took my tray.
The food was delicious, very tasty and the reason my husband took me there was bc I eat mostly whole food plant based and there was a variety of several options to choose from along with a side of broccoli! Woohoo! Good option for all my vegan eaters out there! Enjoy!
This place is amazing! We were in Pigeon Forge for a week for an event and often all of the local restaurants would get packed with hour long plus waits to sit. On this trip we had McAlister's multiple times with zero wait and the food was phenomenal each time. I am excited to try more of their offerings. They were sooooo good.
We always enjoy dining at McAlister's Deli. Their club sandwich is so good. We always get the broccoli cheddar soup. The chicken salad on croissant is the best anywhere. For dessert, the carrot cake is exceptional. They're always busy at lunch and dinnertime, so you know it's good!
I'm not a huge sandwich person so when the bf wanted to go there I was annoyed but agreed. I got the Italian sub and potato salad. 10/10 for both and the lemonade was excellent. Highly recommend. Pictured is what my daughter got. Club, and country potato soup. And they give you the good pickles 😁
Loved the soup and sandwich I had. My friend's soup wasn't cooked all the way (potato) and they had no problem exchanging it. Super nice people.
Best place to eat Emily definitely took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile to match.
The food was amazing you definitely need to check this place out and we will be back for another round.
I stopped by with my wife so r can pick up some dinner to go, and enjoyed talking to the staff! The food was absolutely delicious, and we would highly recommend the Witches Brew, though one very friendly staff member also suggested a could mixing ideas to make it even better! We would definitely recommend stopping here if you get the chance!
Had the club and tomato soup. It was delicious ! The lady at the counter didn't have the best customer service but I was just picking up and leaving . It was my first time there, so I wasn't sure about how to order. Gave her my order. I told her it was to go bc she didn't ask and instead assumed it was dine in. No biggie but she could fine tune her customer service skills 😊
Yummy sandwiches with good service. The service was so good. Love the food and samy's with the gang. Great atmosphere with 2 televisions and good programs on. Made the gang jump with joy from how yummy the soup and sandwiches were.
We got there 5 mins before closing so had to do to go order. Veggie sandwich was good. Kids pizza was really small but had a side of fruit so they were okay. I ordered side of tomato-cucumber salad but didn’t like it. My husband got regular salad as a side and that was better choice.
