Great Pizza! I do feel like it's overpriced. I had the Pepperoni & Pineapple and my wife had Mushroom. Came out hot and fresh from the oven!
We know Pizza! This pizza was surprising very good. Good dough. Amazing options for toppings. Obviously over priced (small pizza over $15), you pay for location and atmosphere but worth it.
I was a little skeptical to have pizza down south since I live not too far from NYC, so I am spoiled with a bajillion awesome pizza places. That being said, this place didn't disappoint. The mozzarella was high quality, there wasn't too much or too little sauce, and it came out hot and quick. I'm personally most of a thin crust kinda guy and I prefer my crust to be plain. One of my friends raved about the crust since it was basically garlic bread, so he thoroughly enjoyed that addition. If I'm ever on the island again I'd consider coming to this pizza restaurant again. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well. Was very relaxed and chill.
The main downside is that it is somewhat expensive. But, we were in a tourist trap area, so that is more or less to be expected.
Had half Funky Q & half House Special, Cloud 9 wings, (which I'll crave the rest of my life), & salad. Everything was delicious with the pizza being stacked with toppings. Highly recommend!
Dining here with Sam as our server was the best restaurant experience we had during our week in Pigeon Forge. The food was superb, and Sam was knowledgeable, informative, kind, attentive, and overall, just very hospitable and awesome. Thanks again for making us feel welcome and for guiding us towards great food choices. I feel like the staff culture here must be very positive just based off of what I observed and convos I overheard- everyone seemed to be in a good mood and happy to be there, which is not the case for several places I visited in the area. If you want to eat great food and support an awesome staff, I highly recommend this place. My only qualm is that the toppings on the pizzas here are very sparse and pricey for what you get, but I appreciate the variety.
We ordered two small pizzas, which was plenty for 3 people. The pizza flavor was delicious and very consistent with other mellow mushroom locations we have dinned before. This location is a bit different though as you order at the register and they bring it to your table. Compared to other restaurants available at the Island, I thought the price was fair for the quality of the food you get. There is indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a separate bar area where you can order slushes (alcoholic) and beer, have a sit outside and eat your fresh pizza. Although they don't have servers, they did clean our tables when we left, so we didn't have to worry about cleaning up. The staff was very friendly in this super busy area, and I appreciate that! Love Mellow Mushroom restaurants!
First time going and it was good. The white pizza by far is my favorite and there pretzel bites with there beer cheese is so good. Definitely will be going back
Pizza was delicious!! We got the De vinci pizza and a small plain pizza. The cheese pull was.... Well check out the pic I added. Would probably be my favorite pizza place if I lived around here.
The pizza was unique and enjoyed by the group. Very interesting options in a fun setting. The service was slow, as they seemed understaffed, and every empty table was dirty. Definitely a management issue, as the people who were working were very helpful.
pizza is very decent, a bit greasy, but as for american pizza it's pretty good. service is really fast. good place to grab a fast lunch or dinner when in the area.
