This morning I was having a rough start to my day but all that changed when I Went through the drive-through The lady that was working in the drive-through this morning on 10-27-2023 ( Sorry I did not catch her name) I just wanna say thank you. She helped me order a drink and then gave it to me for free and told me that she really hopes my day gets better. I left everyone work a big tip. I hope everybody enjoys their day and thanks!!!
It's always time for coffee.... And Starbucks fed the need.
I’m here on vacation and have ordered my drink several days in a row and all I can say is the staff must be incredible at their jobs! I’ve ordered at many a Starbucks and it’s never this good, or consistent. Give them a raise, they not only do a great job, but in a crowded and busy location too!
Really happy with the service at this location. On vacation I like to jog to the nearest location and walk back to our hotel. Both times I ordered and my coffee was complete by the time I arrived. I actually forgot to add cream to my order the 2nd day and the lady went ahead and gave me a small cup of cream to add.
I ordered ahead and picked up our drinks at the counter -- both were ready in just a few minutes (5 minutes or so). The store is clean and has ample space to sit and relax.
Never in my life, have I ever been some where, where I had to order first and not allowed to purchase anything at all inside the store! No one thing extra, it had to be purchased online, paid in full, and up front.

The staff at this Starbucks deserve raises. It's laborday weekend and as we walked through the door the place was filled with some of the rudest and most entitled customers. The sweet person at the front with green hair and cool anime pins was kind enough to inform us that it would be a minute for our stuff (as she had for literally every person walking in) and when we walked away was when he happened. A gentleman who had already previously been informed how long his food would take started belittling the staff for how long he had to wait like a child throwing a tantrum. The staff handled him with more poise and grace than what should be asked of someone just doing their job. After he was done getting his food he was kind enough to grace the building full of people and children with some obscenities directed toward the staff. Labor day weekend is busy people you're in a tourist town I'm sorry but that means you're gonna have to wait.
Love it that they encourage customers to bring their own cup by providing a special discount - 5 stars for that! Unfortunately they were out of cold brew and substituted it with regular coffee which didn’t taste quite as good.
See a lot of negative reviews for this store and half of them are people who don't understand how Starbucks operates or how to order drinks. Went through this morning on our way out of town ans had no issues and wonderful service! Drinks were prefect and the baristas were all nice and professional. Kudos to this store team I will definitely be back the night time I'm in town.
There coffee is just hard to beat. Love the coffee shop feel. The baristas are always so helpful and friendly. Like they never have a bad day. If I could change anything, I'd have to say price. I mean $7 for a cup of coffee. For that I give them 8/10.
