Food was absolutely delicious. Presentation was on point. Very beautiful. Customer service was awesome. Our waitress was super nice. Very informative. She made some great suggestions! We loved it!! I must go restaurant if you're visiting you don't want to miss out!
The food overall was good and the service was good as well. The reason for the 4 star was due to never getting any refills (this happens sometimes. I get it). The prices definitely matched the quality and quantity of the food. They try to sell you photos of you eating your dinner which was a bit odd. Also there’s a 4% charge for using any cards to pay for your meal. Not a bad place to eat though, I would recommend.
Had a great time here, absolutely a star of Pigeon Forge. The decor is awesome, lots of wood carvings. The staff was excellent. Our waitress, Tiffany, was fantastic and deserves a raise and/or promotion. Never had to wait for anything and generally asked us what we needed before we ever waited for service. The food is excellent, from the shrimp to the steak. Overall A+ all around. Definitely will revisit on the next trip to the area
We were here tonight. Evanlee was our server, and she was fantastic. Funny, fast, and on point. The food was really good as well. Just a tip, if you order the nachos, don't order anything else. They are massive and delicious.
Harpoon Harry's of Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Excellent experience! Server was awesome. Food was delicious. The restaurant is beautiful. We sat in the bar area which has beautiful wood carved posts. We went in mid-afternoon and were seated right away. We ordered gator bites as an appetizer. For our meals we ordered Fried Catfish with cheese grits and cole slaw...and...Shrimp Alfredo. We had sweet tea. We highly recommend this place!
We had a lovely dinner and drinks here the atmosphere was wonderful, the drinks were excellent, service was a bit slow but otherwise awesome. Overall a great place to have a fantastic dinner. Why anyone would want to go to Joe's crab shack and not Harry's is beyond my comprehension.
Was here on a trip with my girlfriend and son. It was very windy and we were sitting in the covered patio area, which may have been a bad idea. Either way, the food was really good, the waitress was nice and you can't beat sitting on a patio. We were here around noon and I was shocked that the place was not very busy. But then I saw the prices and understood why. Definitely not cheap.
Great restaurant overlooking the river. The location is near many hotels and close to the main drag through town. Harpoon Harry's offers a complementary photo at your table, which we found to be a nice touch that was above the every day dining experience.
Though the restaurant was busy on a Friday night, we were still seated promptly. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable of the menu, and always greeted us with a smile.
The food was fresh and plated beautifully. We enjoyed everything we ordered. If you've never had gator before, I'd recommend trying the gator bites. They really do taste like chicken!
The food was so good! I was shocked by the portions as well. Definitely 2 meals in one! So show up hungry or prepare to take home leftovers. I got the crab stuffed flounder, my husband got some sort of seafood pasta and we started off with the calamari!
Parking lot was full but there is plenty of seating here, no wait time! Great restaurant. Got the red snapper it was very flavorful! Definitely recommend the fried sushi rolls, they are some of the best I’ve had. Nice atmosphere. Great variety of things on the menu. Great place for big groups.
