We had great service and a very helpful young man who waited on us usually. The single scoups of ice cream on the waffle cone was great. It was the largest scoup I have ever had. They also have a couple takes out front to sit and sit enjoy your ice cream
This place was bustling at 10:30pm on a Saturday night.
Long line but went pretty quickly. Staff was super quick and effective at getting though large amounts of people quickly.

The hubby and I wanted a sweet treat before watching the water show. Stopped by this place and got some ice cream for the girls and I. Since we're on vacation, I wanted something unique and ended up getting a chocolate dipped mason jar shake. It taste similar to cookies and cream. I love the idea and the chocolate remained hardened for quite some time. Overall, I like this place. Very clean and we were in and out without a hassle.
Yummy ice cream. Had a strawberry shortcake and it hit the spot on a 46 degree night.
It was a confusing setup and most of the bad reviews are confused people… if you can figure it out. It’s good ice cream at the premium prices you would expect. Scooped and soft served plus several premium options I’ve never seen or heard of. Good experience after the setup confusion.
Workers were super nice, ice cream was really good. As of some of the reviews complaining about the line they have rushes like any other business, but they handle it really well and are very kind. They offer rolled ice cream, smoothies, slushys, lemonade, soft serve ice cream, scooped ice cream, sundae, and so much more!! Also one comment stated someone cut in line and the coworkers did not say anything, they probably didn’t see it happen, and they are busy serving customers. The workers are always in a good mood when we went so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
I went here a few days ago. The ice cream and boba that I got here was amazing! I got mango green tea boba and it was delicious! Family friendly and 10/10 recommend

Not sure what the bad reviews are all about. I found the ice cream and service to be above par. I’m pretty particular about my ice cream, and I found theirs to be better than most. The prices were very reasonable for GIANT scoops, especially compared to other tourist traps in PF. Add to that the perfect location to sit and enjoy your ice cream while watching the fountain, and it doesn’t get any better.
