1 ⭐️-ate there yesterday was completely dissatisfied. Took 20 minutes to be seated-waiter took our order-was told out of straws-we waited 45 minutes for our food-restaurant was only 1/2 to 3/4 full. Brought wrong orders for husband and self. Had to ask for drink refills. Got a to go cup instead of a coffee cup. We were on vacation and have always had good service and food at Denny’s so this is why we chose to eat brunch there. Will never go back when we return next year. Extremely disappointed. We ate breakfast at Denny’s in Beaver Dam Oh on Thur and would gladly give them 5 stars for service and good but not Pigeon Forge. Never again.
Just left this Denny’s and I have to say I had the best waitress that I’ve had on this whole trip. Jenny was friendly, helpful, kept checking on us, and just as sweet as can be. She was an excellent waitress. The food was delicious too so hats off to the cook. We will definitely be visiting back!
I think anyone who's eaten at Denny's, knows what to expect. This location seemed clean, it wasn't crowded when I went around 2pm on a Tuesday, and the service was good. The pancakes don't taste as good as IHOP's & the bacon could have been a little crispier, but if you want a quick meal at a decent price, I recommend.
Arrived in Pigion Forge late, after 10:00 PM. Nothing was open?? On a Friday night, too! Taco Bell drive through was open, but kinda hard to do when your on a motorcycle!! We found Denny's open and stopped for a bite. There was a waiting line, not long, but still a wait. Well worth the wait! You'd think more places would be open late!! Food was great, service was excellent and very friendly staff!! Would definitely recommend!!
Favorite place when traveling. The server was friendly and polite. Our meal was great and the dessert was very good.
The host Richard gave us the warmest greeting, was so polite and has small talk with us and created a very nice first impression. Our server, Joe was attentive, kind, and very hard working. He never stopped moving and took incredible care of us. The manager David was also incredibly kind, took great care of us and we can tell that he 100% takes great care of his staff. 11/10 over all. Food and hospitality were top notch and all around everyone blew out expectations out of the water. If you’re going to this dennys definitely ask for Joe as your server and you won’t be disappointed.
This is probably the best Denny’s location I’ve been to, EVER. We were immediately seated, unlike the other restaurants in the area with hour or longer wait times. Our waitress was super kind and always checking on us to see how everything was. I ordered the All-American slam, and for the price their was plenty of food. It was good for what it was, but not amazing. Also conveniently right on the parkway. In the entrance they also had a ton of booklets on things to do in the area, and also had 4 arcade machines.
The server, Chrystal, was great, very warm, friendly,and outgoing. The food was very good. The only thing I say could be improved is the lighting both inside and out. Inside it needs to be brighter, and outside it looks like they were closed.
We were greeted by the MOD Ryan when we came in. We were told the wait would be 20 mins (didn't even wait that long) and we were seated promptly. I had the meaty melt and my lady had the Cali club and it was delicious. Ryan did a great job as a manager but was also hosting, serving, and running food. Nice job nice guy and good food. Would definitely come back!
Went two nights in a row since almost nothing else was open late. We had to wait a good while due to insufficient staffing but everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Big ups to our server Dylan, that guy is awesome. He was running around from table to table and still gave us a great customer service experience.
Went to breakfast this morning at Denny's Pigeon Forge. It was actually the best we've had all week,better even than the Pancake Pantry. The restaurant was clean and smelled good when we walked in. We were seated promptly, our order taken quickly and accurately by a server named Sara. She was friendly and quick. Our food came out hot, fresh, and cooked to order. Wish I'd asked the cook's name to mention him (or her) here too. The food was great! While you're here in the mountains, sure, you want to enjoy some local breakfast places but don't overlook this jem of a Denny's. They're doing everything right here!

We are locals and wanted to let you know, that of all the restaurants we've eaten at, our server, Mr.Joseph, is the best! Also All of our food was very good. Mr.Joseph looked at each of his tables each time he passed by to see if the customers needed anything. Wish there was more servers in this area as good!
