Good hot food as always. Manager on duty was fantastic. About to have bad storm and he was nice to help us stay away from windows till it past. Very friendly and professional.

Biscuits were wonderful and their pimento cheese was tasty as well.
Nice and crispy chicken sandwich at a decent price. I got it with the pimento cheese and they were pretty generous with it. They only had a couple people working so things were a bit slow but overall, they did a great job and the food was tasty.
I went on 10/28 of this year, went through the drive-thru, got my order and went back to the hotel....only to find that my eggs and cheese had not been added. Ok, stuff happens, I get it. So I returned on the morning of the 29th, used the drive thru, sat for over 15 minutes waiting on acknowledgement from the staff member, then pulled to the window and waited about another 10 minutes on my food. Oh, yeah, I was the only vehicle in line.
Drive thru service was quick, there was no line when we arrived. was greeted immediately. Person took order, answered a couple of questions. Food was piping hot and ready when we got to the window. bo-berry biscuit was the reason we chose this place for dinner and the person at the window was happy to ensure they were fresh for us.
Great as always been stoping here for years ,I really enjoy the pies ;)
I’m from Michigan and we don’t have this restaurant there. I’ve been wanting to try it for years and I’m glad I finally did. I had the chicken sandwich and fries. Sandwich was definitely spicier than I expected. I could handle it, but I can see this being an issue for someone who doesn’t eat much spicy food. Fries were well-seasoned. Would come back. Restaurant itself looked a bit dated, but this wouldn’t deter me.
Stopped here heading towards Dollywood and had the pleasure of being blessed to meet a gentleman by the name of Dylan who worked here! He was a breath of fresh air, as I only dropped for biscuits!! BOYYYYY… those bojangle biscuits were the Bomb.com!!! And that chicken- my nephew and I TOE’IT’UP 😂🤣🤣 it was soooooooo delicious 🤤 if I could give them more stars ✨ I would!!
Bojangles is by far my favorite of all the fast food chicken chains I've tried. They have the best chicken with a nice crispy skin and their dirty rice and biscuits with pimento cheese are amazingly delicious.
This particular Bojangles was delightful. The cashier, when hearing me joke about my husband and I arguing over what drink to get, gave us an extra cup for no charge. She was so pleasant the whole time. Service was fast, and everything was tidy.
