Always super busy but I like the atmosphere. In a good location and the new manager is shaping things up! Nice vacation or staycation spot to get dessert
Super sweet employee!! Very polite when taken my large family’s order. She asked us to give them a few moments while they prepare the food!! Of course we replied, no problem because it will be good & fresh. This was a late night 11:17pm snack order. I’m grateful they’re open and sooo kind!! Great job Sonic!
This wasn't the best place in the past for fast food in pigeon forge. I was pleasantly surprised today though, when I had 4 pickup orders for coworkers and my own order to place. Zoe gave special attention & thoughtfulness by making sure each order had the names with the bags, even had it with each person's drink! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Definitely don't hesitate to stop by!
Went here and I thought it took a bit long as we only ordered drinks. My card declined. 2nd card also declined. Not sure why but I think it was their system. Manager gave whole order for free, and for that they deserve 5 stars!
Tried the new grilled cheese cheeseburger and I have to say it wasn’t half bad; for a fast foot burger. It’s a double cheeseburger with thick Texas toast style bread instead of the traditional bun. Overall not bad. The best part of going to sonic are the pretzels and cheese. They complete with restaurants all day long on flavor. They’re soft and the cheese dip is slightly tangy from the mustard that’s in it. This location is a nightmare to order from. The drive thru lines block in the customers sitting at the stalls, so be forewarned.
We ordered a variety of burgers and drinks. The food was okay but a bit sloppy and far too many condiments. The drinks were great and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
Pigeon Forge was so busy we opted for Sonic. Only drive up was open due to staffing. Got food timely. Yummy onion rings.
We came to the car show with our T-bucket and ate at pigion forge Sonic every day and we have to say Our meal was alway spot on , we had a wonderful lady ( Ashley) who took our order and we need more workers like her she was always so kind and professional , we hate to go back to Ohio but will be back to see you,
Not enough staff. Drive through only was available. Expect to wait up to 30 minutes in drive thru. Be patient. Food is fantabulous and worth the wait.
Power went out right when we ordered our food. The staff was amazing and kept great customer service throughout a hectic time!
Lovely Drive In! Friendly staff, delicious onion rings- best anywhere! Love the cozy, Smoky Mountain ambiance of this restaurant. We will be back!!
