I'd give 10 stars if I could! Some of the best, if not the best, "fast food" style Japanese we've ever had! Our chicken and steak were cooked perfectly...And the staff is fantastic as well, very friendly! My husband gives bonus points to the employee that changed the t.v. to the Carolina football game for him! I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
First time I've had hibachi chicken that wasn't a little dry.. best words to describe Japanese Nao quick, easy, delicious, friendly, and it has a drive threw!!!!! If you havnt eaten here, you're sleeping. Wake up y'all and eat at Japanese Nao
Truly the best meal we had during our honeymoon. We tried places with big names and big prices and none of them could compare to the meal we had here for a fraction of the price. Staff were very friendly and you could tell they care about the food they service and the costumer's satisfaction. Sadly sushi was not available, but we left full and satisfied, and we will be back.
We absolutely loved the staff here. We came in at about 8 and were greeted with two outstanding servers. You just don't ever see that anymore! Food was great and good size portions. A little pricey $15 for a meal but we'll worth it.
I greatly enjoyed the Chicken Hibachi with fried rice, the sweet carrots were so yummy. The staff was very friendly and polite. I recommend stopping by at least once to try their delicious food. Hopefully next time me and my family are in the area we see business booming for this little gem in Pigeon Forge.
A great place to enjoy some quick Japanese food. Staff done a remarkable job and food was great. Brookdale Sevierville really enjoyed our visit.
My wife and I have never had drive thru hibachi. It was nice. The man that took our order was very nice and gave us a bunch of sauce and everything we needed to chow down at home. The drive thru speaker was VERY low and you can hardly hear them when you give then your order that's the only improvement I have.
While this place is set up and operates much like a fast food establishment they do bring the food to your table. You do order and pay at the counter before you sit down. There is no way to add tips if you pay by credit card. The food is of the highest quality in the meat portions are larger than normal but are also reflected in the pricing. Good pricing for dinner a little expensive for lunch. Great selection of authentic wine and beer.
We just tried this place for the first time & oh my goodness! We have been missing out! We’ve passed by here so many times & have thought about trying it. I’m so glad we did!! This is definitely a new favorite for us. We had hibachi chicken, filet mignon & fried rice. It was so good & cooked perfectly. Stephanie was very nice & greeted us as soon as we came in, took our order and made sure we were taken care of. She has such a positive energy and makes it obvious that she enjoys her job, which is so rare to see these days! We can’t wait to come back during our next trip to Pigeon Forge!
Staff here is great, felt welcome and our food came out fast (5 stars on that)
I have had better hibachi, but I feel like I got my money’s worth from the portion sizes. If I am in the area longer than 3 days again, I would probably go back at least one more time. ( 3 stars on food)

Me and my boyfriend are on vacation and we were tired of the fried chicken and barbecue at every other restaurant and this was just the place. Everything is made in house. the only thing they get in bulk in the soy sauce and mayonnaise. literally the best hibachi I’ve ever had and I’m Japanese. We didn’t see many people talking about this place but it is definitely worth it. plus they have a drive thru.
The food is pretty good, but the last couple of times I have went there, it seems like they have trouble clearing the tables. In defense of the crew this last time, the poor lady working the counter had been there all day by herself and from all appearances, was working with a skeleton crew. If she wasn't the general manager, I feel like the manager definitely should have gotten off their butt and came in, barring illness etc. Whether she was the manager or not, props to her for not losing it on someone.
