*came here a couple times... food was good (sometimes not picture pretty, but taste good).
*Drive thru line always takes forever (typically busy).
*The places in the area are done well, usually with some kind of theme... kind of surprised this isn't some smokey mountain looking franchise with all the tourism.
Workers have always been pleasant and the dining room was monitored and spot cleaned several times during our last visit. Great job 👍😎🎶🎼🤠🇺🇸
Drive thru was quick. The staff was responsive to my requests. They were friendly and pleasant. The lot looked clean. The restaurant appeared clean. The food was hot and fresh. One of the better McDonald’s restaurant experiences I’ve had.
So they did not get my order correct but it was all good went inside and correct it and I think they change the fries on us ! Not the same French fries that 1 year ago and I have visit different ones and same issue the fries are not as good as before!
Good inexpensive breakfast. Young lady taking orders was so good I was amazed, probably the manager, since she seemed to be running the place. They still have old people drink prices. We will return.
I love this store of all Sevier County stores. I prefer to come when the manager Adam is present because all the food seems to be at its freshest when he is on shift but regardless, all the staff is always super friendly. My order is for the most part, always correct. Keep up the great service, team!
I got a sausage egg & cheese McMuffin today. Best one I've had. The egg tasted so much better then at most other locations. I only added pepper and a touch of salt. Very good taste.
6 of us stopped in for dinner tonight. The food was hot and fresh served quickly with a smile. Team Members and manager were doing a great job. The unit was very clean as were the restroom. Best visit to any McDonalds I have visited and at least a year.
Great place to eat for something fast.
I was really impressed how fast my food came out. It was accurate and it was really hot. Would've gave a 5 but the desk clerk had attitude. She can have attitude for all I care if the food comes out like that.
