I love working here place. GM makes ice cream homemade. I love making cookies, decorating cookies, making ice cream for customers. Meeting new people come in. Employees here are friendly work with. Very nice and friendly. Sam and Ann they are awesome.
Had a blast with my family this past week and we went to this location at least every other night to get cookies and ice cream. The staff here was so nice and did a great job moving the line and serving the customers. Like to give a shout out the young lady and young man that worked nights. Thank yall for yalls smiles and friendly service. We love yall and god bless.
Our experience here was great! We ordered cookies and an ice cream. The guy working there was welcoming & attentive. Fast, great service and the sweets are excellent! We highly recommend getting dessert here!
5 Star in service though. Due to circumstance beyond the owner’s control the order was not done on my daughter’s birthday. She went completely out of her way to make it right today. We always need be thankful for the those who service us, it is not always an easy job. Cake design was “spot” on, and delicious!!! Thanks again for what you do!!!!!
The system was down, a disgruntled and belligerent woman came in while my family was placing a cake order. The guy behind the counter was a star in customer service. We were able to place our order and leave with ease. However, this woman starts hassling the guy behind the counter because the system was down.
Something which was quite obviously not his fault. She starts asking for a manager and acting extremely rudely. I am leaving this review because the cake is the only thing I ever ask for on my birthday and the guy working handled her and her husband very well.
I tried to say something kind to calm her down a bit, but she turned on me and my family including a 2 year old as if she were under the influence.
We left as we had finished our business and can't wait for my cake. I will continue to bring my business here and I wanted to make sure the guy behind the counter gets the credit he deserves for handling such a terrible customer.

Called to place an order last minute and spoke with the GM Joey who was fantastic about answering my questions and giving us options on our cookie cake. Highly recommend. Great cookies and fantastic customer service!
I feel like the writing on the cookie cake could have been a little cleaner, but the cake was still delicious and the whole family loved it. The order was done on time and the staff was very friendly.
Love their cookie slices with extra chocolate icing! 👍👍👍 No matter where I go. They are always nice.
