Mahoney's is a great lunch or dinner spot with a vintage vibe. There are b&w photos of Pittsburgh's town and sports history lining the walls and the white concrete walls give it a rustic feel. Plus, the upstairs has jazz occasionally (or it used to...). The Pittsburgh Cheesesteak, Reuben, and Chicken Parm are must-try.

I basically stumbled into this place because I was lost looking for another restaurant. I am glad I got lost and walked in here. The service was VERY prompt, the drinks were amazing. The food was THE BEST Ive had in Pittsburgh thus far. Tastes like home cooking. The place is good to your wallet too. I ordered the smokehouse chicken (picture provided), and it tasted amazing. Will be visiting here again in the future for sure.

Nice quiet place for a sandwich, no TV blaring, just some nice classic rock. Club sandwich was delicious. One of our drinks had a bug in it but the bartender was great and fixed that fast.
