They are so efficient and attentive here. Never a problem with my order and the guy at the window is amazing and great with his customer service.

I haven't had service like this in at least 20 yrs. A woman & her son was working there & she was running the restraint like she owned it & it was a 5 star. The oil was fresh, the food was like Long Johns use to taste when I was a kid. It was very clean & the conversation & customer service was there. Please, please, keep her corporate. Now everyone I'm in the area I just wanna stop & spend money for the great food, conversation, & atmosphere . I believe her name was Machelle Lee
The place is a step back in time. Booths that told you it's the 60's and the food is delicious. My wife and I had the $7.99 all you can eat deal with free refills on everything. Fish, chicken, sides, cooked perfectly. Staff is nice, a little slow due to customers not quite sure what they want and having to be walked thru it all.
Its dining room is closed and they did not have chicken fingers when I was there. The rest of the food was good. They also did not have enough staff to run the drive through. They were trying their best
Long John silvers/ A&W has the best fish. Always hot and made to perfection. This is one of my favorite restaurants. They could be a bit more friendly and welcoming when taking orders but the food is so yummy I'd come regardless. It fills you up super fast. I just got hungry writing this lol! Also I'd say they need to update and clean up the restaurant. It looks a little run down. Drinks are not included in meal combos.
This location is usually busy and today was no different. I placed my order and when I got to the window and paid, realized i ordered the wrong thing. They were very nice and quickly corrected my mistake and had me.on my way. The food was hot and fresh when I got home.
Oops!! Somehow, I had posted 1 star on here before. I truly don't remember even rating this. When I saw that, however, I had to come here and make it right. GREAT hotdogs, especially for a drive-thru. The staff who man the window on weekdays is always friendly and upbeat. Prices are great for fast food. I've never been inside, so I can't address that. There is often a little wait for your food, as I think they put it together after you've ordered, which is a good thing. I only mention that so you can plan accordingly. If you want the bag handed to you as you pull up to the window, go elsewhere. If you want the food to taste fresh, and you can spare a couple of minutes, definitely go here!
I love the fish and chicken there. Could probably live on the crab cakes, hush puppies and fries. The only thing I have tried from the A&W side is the root beer float it was okay. Keep saying I'm going to try the burger but the Long John Silvers side of A&W gets me every time.
Everyone that works there is really nice.
I haven't ate here in a long time but I remember the food was pretty good. Fast forward to now and the food is still good. I just personally wish they would update the overall environment.
