The Z3 Crew, Stephon, Nathan, Brody, BJ AND Johnny (in the back) we’re all amazing. I have enjoyed Zalat pizza prior through friends, family & neighbors. But tonight my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. I decided to venture out on my own. I had so many questions about all the different pizza pie’s , (I was a little over the top for myself to even deal with HONESTLY) but my curiosity and questions lead me to the BEST PIZZA EVER!! Along with the amazing crew that put up with me and just helped me feed my face. The Z3 Crew…I was THAT impressed that I asked for all of their names, as mentioned above ^ , made my experience beyond awesome! They are definitely passionate about their customers and the personal experience with them. We need more happiness and helpfulness like this everyday, everywhere! Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was so good I ate all but 3 pieces….
I am editing my previous review-to which I gave one star. I never leave reviews and when I did I was ticked off and disappointed.
HOWEVER…. The CEO, as well as other senior leaders took an extraordinary amount of time to reach out and converse with me about my issue.
Here’s my takeaway… sometimes employees lose it and act out towards customers. Although it is never okay or an appropriate reaction, they are human. Sometimes staff are limited by their management and as customers we don’t always see that. As much as I like their pizza and food, I love their company even more. I am willing to support a business that cares about the integrity of their food and the experience their customers receive. Not all places are like that.
I can assure you that if you have an issue with your order they will work to fix it. That’s golden.
To my fellow customers remember that most people are doing the best they can at a given moment. If you have an issue talk about it with the appropriate person and be willing to accept an apology at the very least.

Nigel the manager was very awesome and helpful to some hungry travelers! I’m Grateful for him and making a delicious pizza. The world needs some more Nigel’s in the world! 12/27/21
