Fantastic little place! Portions are generous and so very delicious . In a very good timed manner. Employees are kind and very welcoming . Very customer oriented. Food was delicious and so very fresh and tasty and just all around perfect . Would absolutely reccomend this place to everyone ! Very clean too! 👌 thank you 9 face sushi for a great first time experience (there was more sushi but I ate some )
These are the best sushi around Fort Lauderdale/Pompano Beach. The portions are great, taste is wonderful and there are many options to select from. The spicy edamame, Beach Roll and Lobster Roll are the best.
Staff is always so incredibly nice and polite.

Delicious sushi spot right off of Pompano Beach and surrounded by other eateries and kitschy gift shops. A staff member of the company we rented seats and an umbrella from on the beach recommended this place to us, regarding it as the best locally-owned sushi place in town. We were very satisfied with the food and service, though the price was pretty steep (but not surprising for the tourist-filled town).
We sat on the patio during sunset. I started off with a ginger salad and then had a bonsai roll (recommended to me by our server) and a yellowtail roll. Both were tasty. I found the yellowtail roll in the basic rolls section. The bonsai roll was more than $15 and the yellowtail was maybe $7. However, I didn't expect such a difference in quantity of food in the rolls. The yellowtail was tiny! My husband started off with miso soup and then ordered the spicy tuna, rainbow, and volcano rolls.
We left stuffed to our brim and took a combination of pieces, resulting in about a roll's worth, back to our hotel, very satisfied.

Amazing sushi! We ordered the Red Face roll and the Soulmate roll both were super fresh ingredients and delicious! I also recommend the chicken fried rice while you wait… It has lots of chicken, veggies, eel sauce, and flavor! We are definitely making this weekly thing!

I’ve been eating sushi here for years, I’m surprised that I haven’t left a review. From the apps to the sushi rolls, everything is fresh and taste great. Place is clean and the staff is friendly. It’s a small inside with additional tables outside. On busy nights it takes a bit longer for rolls to come out, I say that because tourist really don’t get that concept. Be sure to try the Tuna Pizza.
Listen. I’ve been to many different countries and states. 9 face is by far my favorite sushi. I travel to Pompano 2-3 times a year and make it a point to come here. I recommend the pompano tower as an appetizer!
After dinner, make your way over to the briney next door for some drinks!
Great place that I’ve been going to for years. Family feel and good music. Sushi always taste fresh and the chicken fried rice is amazing so don’t sleep on it.
