I asked about the ground beef that they used because it wasn't dry, it looked like steak, it tasted really good. I found out that they use a large knife hand-chopping the meat for 4 hours. I could definitely see and taste the quality of that process. If you're Jewish, Muslim, 7th day Adventist or abstain from certain foods this place is prefect. You can have anything on the menu. My friend eats yogurt everyday for dietary reasons. She loved that yogurt was served with a lot of meals. I know she's going to start studying the Turkish diet. We want to travel to Turkey now. Seriously!! This will be a regular for me. We tried the baklava. I haven't been able to find one that isn't dry until now. They mix the pistachio with a cream. Therefore it's not called baklava anymore but you couldn't tell the difference. It wasn't dry. I loved it. It became comfort food for me. I see myself taking food home when I don't feel like cooking but want something with substance. I'm glad I tried this place.
