Situated in the Festival Flea Market food court. Owner run, good variety of choices and flexible for substitutions. I had the cream cheese omelette and he made it nice and moist as I requested. Generous amount of cheese and he was also nice enough to throw in a bagel ands then another (I had two orders). Very friendly and it seems that a lot of customers are regulars.

Manny and Karl are what made this experience great. They were friendly fun and helpful. The pastrami was brisket which was also good.
