It felt empty. I ordered from a machine.
Didn't hear employees talking until my order was ready. Weird atmosphere.
Service has improved drastically over the last 4 months. Food was ready quickly and made well.
This Taco Bell has to be one of the better ones every time I come here their tacos are nice and fresh and hot thank you guys for your hard work

I ordered at the drive thru 357 w Atlantic. I ordered the Nacho fries deluxe box. I stated 3 times that i did not want any sour cream or lettuce on any of the tacos or burrito. He stated that it does not come with sour cream or lettuce. I then continued my order stating my drink and wanting a soft shell taco instead of a hard shell. I then started just in case any of them came with sour cream or lettuce I don’t want it and then went on to pay. I then drove home and went to eat my meal and was greeted with sour cream and lettuce. I was unable to eat my meal. I had to go to my car and drive back in the rain to get my order corrected. When I went back The manager Joseph did not even apologize for the mistake. Then to top it all off my fries were cold🤦🏾♀️. I’m still going to give them 4 stars because the service is usually great, food is hot and speedy. I really hope that when I go back the service is as it usually is. I can’t keep driving back from mistakes that could have been avoided.
The lady in the drive-through said to hurry up that we are on a timer, LOL I am too.
I love the creative and unique flavors offered by this fast food chain. They always surprise me!
My Crunchwrap, & Soft Taco Supreme were both made correctly, quickly, & had the ingredients well placed inside. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, & their ordering kiosk inside works very well. I'm told their app also works well, but haven't personally used it yet.
