This is by far the best restaurant in St. Lucie West! Family owned and operated, great atmosphere, friendly staff & delicious food! The patio is a perfect lunch spot. Their salads are amazing and they have fresh-made daily soups that are always excellent! The chicken salad club is my favorite sandwich! Definitely check this place out when you’re in the area!

The food is great! We stopped in for dinner today and had the best service from our server Jackie. She was so friendly and helpful- sweet but not over the top and knew exactly when to stop by our table to check in. We were happy to see that because we arrived before 6, we were able to get the “early bird” menu (very similar to the actual dinner menu but a few dollars cheaper in price- same portion size and it includes dessert!). My hubby really enjoyed his salad and our dinner portions were ample and filling. And DELICIOUS �! We will be back.

we had dinner here tonight (New Year's Eve) and even though they were not serving from the early bird menu, they took the effort to making us our favorite meals(also not on the regular menu either) that we usually have when we go there. Our favorite waitress, Danielle, let the kitchen know what we wanted, and they said 'no problem'. and even tho Danielle was working the bar, she took the time to tell our waitress, Christy, what we wanted and how we we wanted it. As always, the food was delicious and perfectly prepared. West End Grill is a top notch restaurant; great service and great food.
