The service was EXCELLENT! The food wasn't bad, but I did expect more. Not in terms of serving size, but.....the atmosphere was intimate, the baked onion soup was DELICIOUS, as was the cauliflower and delicata squash! The creme brulèe was divine!!!
Superb food, service & ambiance. We've been coming here for about 40 years and only gets better & better. Not cheap, but worth every penny.
Excellent Prime Rib dinner roasted just right tender and juicy! Shannon was our server providing courteous table service and very attentive to our needs. I would certainly go back to Ringside to try out other dishes.

Awesome place even 30 years after I first dined! Our waiter, Colin, was a real PRO and made the experience awesome! Food and drinks were next level! I take clients here after real estate deals. Tonight was one of my 3 boys..and we dined in style!! We love you #Ringside...a #PortlandOregon classic!

Absolutely awesome. A few of our steaks were a little over cooked but they were still Absolutely flavorful and delicious.
The service was absolutely above and beyond. Probably one of the best I've ever experienced.
I'm not a big steak eater, so I didn't have steak. But everyone else in our group had steak and they were in "steak heaven". Wonderfully prepared. If you don't eat steak, you can still enjoy this place to the fullest, as their seafood is absolutely scrumptious as well. And wonderful wine choices to go with your meal.
Me and my fiancee just had an excellent dinner here the other night. She took me here for my birthday and it was the perfect spot. I actually don't think we've been to a decent steakhouse since we moved out here last August. Everything we got was so good. We ordered onion rings and crispy octopus as starters. The rings were as good as they claim. Both of our steaks were cooked to perfection. I got the dry aged NY and she got the filet. Baked potato comes with a build your own fixin's station. I lost it. And the drinks were good too. Highly recommend this spot.

Went for a holiday dinner with friends. From the valets to the hostess to the waiters, they were all extremely professional and friendly. The drinks 🍸 came out fast, and the hors d'oeuvres were not far behind. The steaks were perfectly cooked for everyone. The seasonal side dishes were delicious as well. Wonderful dinner.
Best place in town, our go to “fancy” night out. Even better than El Groucho’s! Casual attire is acceptable, but I would recommend slacks and a polo at a minimum. Wait staff is phenomenal and menu is great. I know it’s a steak house, but their chicken is out of this world. For their onion rings, order a small, it’s large enough to feed 4!
Don’t forget to bring some cash to tip the valet.
