Nothing fancy about this restaurant, but the food is classic Thai, and very good. Has more of a diner feel rather than a restaurant. I ordered everything “Thai Spicy” and they did not disappoint. If I was to pick one outstanding dish, it would be the Papaya Salad.
I’ll definitely go back and try more of their excellent food.
By far the most authentic and flavorful Thai food I have ever eaten, and I’ve eaten a ton of Thai. Made fresh, large portion. So so good, could eat it every day!
We loved our visit here. Staff is very friendly. They have an excellent choice of food to pick from. We found the food to be amazing too. We had the rainbow rolls, which was great along with the peanut sauce that comes with it. The pumpkin curry was one of the best we've had. Their Khao Soi is really delicious too. Nice ambience. Overall a great experience. We'll definitely be coming back again.
GTB is a frequent for my family. The food tastes very good and the service is great. They have vegan soft serve coconut ice cream that is delicious.
This a great place to get good healthy takeout food. They fast friendly and the food never disappoints. Definitely try the seemed chicken dumplings and rainbow spring rolls. Gin Thai makes the best peanut sauce in town.
Had a hankering for some Thai food today and decided to take out from Gin Thai Brasserie. I ordered the Pad See Ew, Low Carb Pad Thai, Steak Bites, Fresh Rolls and a Thai Iced Tea.
Although we didn't dine in, the restaurant was nice and clean. It's on the small side, so seating could be limited around dinner time.
The Fresh Roll (2pc) was filled with lots of fresh shredded veggies and a decent piece of tofu. It comes with peanut dipping sauce. They were very good and lived up to its name. All the reviews I read raved about the steak bites, so I had to try them... and I wasn't impressed. It's thinly sliced "marinated" beef, served with a citrus/chili dipping sauce. My wife and I both agree that what it lacked, was ANY flavor. Very bland. I wouldn't order it again. My wife had the "low carb" Pad Thai. I didn't have any, but she liked it and said she'd order it again. Being low carb, there is only a very small amount of noodles, the rest of the "bulk" was made up of shredded veggies like cabbage, carrots and bean sprouts. Cooked like traditional Pad Thai in a familiar tasting sauce. She got it with chicken for an extra buck and there was a lot of it. I had the Pad See Ew. This is one of my favorite Thai dishes and GTB's iteration was just as good as any other reputable Thai restaurant. Rice noodles, veggies and chicken, stir-fried in a dark, sweet soy sauce. It was really good. I also had the Thai Iced Tea which, let's be real - only needed to do one thing, and that's taste like Thai Iced Tea. It did. It was good - sweet, creamy and tea-y.
Overall, with the exception of the disappointing steak bites, my family and I will eat at GTB again. The flavors are good and the ingredients taste fresh. The price per dish is similar to other Thai restaurants in the area and I was more than satisfied with size of all the portions. A solid 4 🌟!
Had a ramen stir fry that was amazing! Highly recommend ordering it. Everyone was very nice as well
This is our one of go to place to eat Thai food for many years. Very good food and service . Recently they remove rainbow salad spring from menue . Theh are still recovering from pandemic for dine in.
Very good tasting Thai food. Cashew nut chicken was awesome. Medium spicy was perfect. Also serves halal meat, plenty of parking, and right off the freeway. Highly recommend. Will defly return.
I went with my 3 kiddos and husband after a movie and we wanted something light and fresh. I'm on a cleanse and can't eat many things, but there menu had so many fresh alternatives. Our #1 fave was the appetizer mango shrimp roll. It was delicious! The soup was very tasty and everything we ordered was just right. The kitchen is open and there was one man cooking and food came out fairly quick too.
