I love this new crew and management, I must say they have improved when it comes to staffing. I love the service and how fast they are when preparing the food. Also everyone now is super friendly and always greet you with a smile.
I work down the street and love the carryout salads. I can count on quality, freshness, friendly service, reasonable prices.
Busy lunchtime at the Chipotle. Lots of places had closed up in this area of downtown Portland.
Thank you thank you thank you, to the closing team at this location on 5/5/20. I have been considered an "essential employee" and am working by myself during this pandemic. It was lunch for me when I ordered from here, and since I am generally not allowed to leave my work, I had it ordered for delivery. Unfortunately doordash was unable to secure a driver until well past closing time for them. I called and spoke with someone and asked if I could come pick it up myself if I could get someone to watch my post. They were so kind and understanding that I might be late picking it up, and even remade my order because it had been sitting a while waiting for the doordasher. I get back to work and have a cute smiley on my lid. I appreciate all of their hard work and generosity in these times. Thank you!
if you want dinner stuffed into a tortilla. you can get that here. it tastes like it's really trying hard. 4 stars for effort.
Not the greatest area due to Portlands homeless population. Was really impressed with employee, Autumn and their kindness towards a customer with unusual requests. Businesses need Autumns.
This location was so homie! Friendly staff and perfect for the little family. So far this Chipotle has been more friendly than many others! Let me say... We have been to at least 8 other locations within Oregon! So ya! (:

Not a very relaxing place to eat. Moreover, the look is the same as when it opened. But the service is friendly, even if the prices are not.
