I'm in love !! So much flavor fire roasted veggie you guys nailed it don't change anything I beg you sat was first time with my husband and father in-law and I can assure you that your pizza is the best pizza in Portland in fact the best pizza I ever had in my life and I'm 51 Wow!!!!!!

We are from Chicagoland area and grew up on italian beef sandwiches and pizza puffs. This was a food sensation down memory lane!!! Absolutely perfect. So glad to have found your place during our visit to Portland. To get the full sensation eat with peppers and plenty of au jus!!
Excellent pizza with generous toppings. They also have athletic Chicago Italian beef, which I can't wait to go back and try. It is not really a dine-in place, but they do have a counter which we ate at. Prices are very reasonable. A 14 inch deluxe veggie with lots of cheese was only 30 dollars.
Pretty close to the real Chicago deal. Their tavern thin crust is better than the stuffed in my opinion. And sometimes they have pizza puffs!
Brooo!!! Mozzarella sticks are in my dreams. Toppings are amazing. If you are a couple ordering for 2 all you need is a medium. Uber eats goes here. Might be a bit oily with ordering they don't do togo boxes but for me I love that!!! Dont make your pizza soggy!! This establishment makes sure it come hot and not soggy. My go to for uber pizza!!
Pizza was VERY good, thin crust Chicago style.
Soft Not cracker like crust, tasty sauce and cheese.
Closest to Boston style I've had in 20 years of living in the west.
There's only a 4 seat counter basically only take out but that's all right.

Very good chicago beef, I recommend the giardinera ots as it's pretty messy but very delicious! I will be back.
This is our go to pizza place. I knew they were brilliant when our pizza was served in a paper bag to allow for steam to escape, and to be better for the planet. We always get a large- it's a bit pricey but we always have enough left over for lunch the next day.
It's not a fancy pizza place, but if you want just really great pizza that reminds you of sitting in front of the TV and watching Goonies as a kid- this is your place. No need for fanciness, I'll take this pizza pie any day!!!
If you are from Chicago and you happen to be in Portland, this is the only pizza place you should truly be trying. If you're from Chicago you know what our pizza really is. The person who created this place also knows what our pizza really is! The beef sandwich and the Italian sauce at sandwich are both very good and I can recommend both. They could use a little bit more beef on their sandwiches, but if that's my only complaint I think we're doing great.
I've tried all the Italian beef sandwiches in Portland and Bridge City has my #1 favorite. The beef is tender, but has a little chew. The joos is peppery in that way it is supposed to be. The peppers, both sweet & hot, were excellently made and presented. I like that they charge extra for cheese, because this practice should be discouraged. Cheese does not go on Italian beef. I will fight you.
I would be happy with this sandwich if I got it in the neighborhood I grew up in on the south side of Chicago.
I look forward to getting their pizza. I doubt I will have to tell them how to cut it like all the other trash pizza places we've suffered with on the west coast.
I also like that they support their local little league. Chatting with the owner, he's actually from Chicago too. Unlike the rest of the chumps selling "Chicago" food in this town.

Solid offering and would recommend for anyone looking to do something other than pizza but still have a great Chicago experience.
this place reminds me of my youth in Chicago. Amazing square cut pizza in a bag.
They also have all the sandwich staples and their burgers are wonderful too.
