Everything about this place was absolutely perfect! The lovely gal working was so sweet with her patience for all our questions and special accommodations needed. The tea choices, quality, and flavor are off the charts delicious! It was so hard to decide being a 1st timer! I suggest just start at the top and work your way through if you are local. I certainly wish I was, but will visit every chance I get and try something new! The place was friendly, comfy, and clean as well. Thank you for being open on Christmas Eve 😊
Cute little coffee and tea shop... I ordered the strawberry bubble tea w/otley which is a milk substitute. Me being lactose intolerant was a nice substitution..... Taste great ....very refreshing...
I adore this tea shop! It's one of my favorite places to settle in for a few hours of work with a small (or sometimes large!) pot of tea. They have a huge selection with a little booklet menu that describes the flavor and profile of each tea (black, green, rooibos, herbal, etc). You can make any tea into a latte (with milk, honey, and sugar) but they also have a few pre-created that are excellent. Personally, I hold the extra sugar on the lattes as it's too sweet for me, but personal preference! On a hot day their kombucha is an excellent choice, and for those that like bubble tea they have a great selection! You can also buy tea by the ounce. Their staff are always wonderful and friendly. Go drink tea!
Townshends is great. Always helpful service. The best boba I've ever had (especially the Jasmine, with oat milk), and prices are really good. Seating can be hard to get and parking is hard of course, but that's division Street and Portland in general. All worth it though for a hot chai latte or a great bubble tea.

Nice setting with an abundance of teas. I had a summer special, Strawberry Cheesecake Tea - really, really delicious. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff.
The atmosphere is calm and cute, not to mention the drinks are amazing. They have so many varieties of fresh brewed tea and the bubble tea is delicious. The kombucha on tap is also really good. Definitely a drink place though, there's very little in terms of food.
I love it here. Super been is my absolute favorite tea they have. It tastes amazing and is great for you. If I'm ever feeling under the weather I make a cup of super berry and feel better quickly. They are always helpful and nice. They also have great kombucha my favorite is the cayanne and lemon but they have a variety of flavors. I will always recommend them!
A lovely space dedicated to tea. They have a large assortment of options, complete with knowledgeable (super friendly) staff and a detailed tea list. I was particularly impressed with their temperature controlled water and brew- to-order tea. Most places put the tea in a cup of hot water and give you a seep time, they do it for you and give you tea at the proper serve temperature. I highly recommend stopping in!
Townshend's is a pretty nice tea shop. The feel is a little less cozy than say, Tao of Tea, but its a local favorite. The walls have local artists on display and there are some quintessential 70's furniture, as well as people on Macbooks everywhere.
Tea selection is great, and now they offer bubble tea! Prices are below 6$ for most everything.
