Wow. We weren’t even looking to eat but could smell it from down the street and had to follow our nose. We got the medium Beef and Lamb gyro- best Gyro I’ve had. Great conversation, great price, amazing quality and taste. Definitely a must try. Thank you for the happy belly!
Absolutely a must try for the best Gyros in the Pacific Northwest. Heard about this gem just a few steps away from Voodoo donuts between third and Second on Ankeny Alley. Portions of the Beef Lamb Gyro sandwich whether you get small medium or large are all plentiful. Also had an order of their yummy delicious waffle falafel. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommend. Looki forward to going again soon.
I'm hard pressed to give anything 5 stars but this place got one! Ordered A's Favorite... let's start with that pita🤤🤤🤤Greens were fresh and crisp, sauce was on point, feta crumbles were creamy, little hits from the pepperoncinis, double olive hummus could be tasted through all of the other deliciousness and the beef lamb meat was beautifully cooked, kept on the vertical broiler until more is needed. This place is legit and needs to be checked out by any and everyone looking for some of the best food in Portland! I may spell his name wrong but Cameron was very personable, welcoming and friendly. I cannot wait to eat my way through the rest of their menu
I had this food from their food cart the first time. I loved it so much I came into the actual restaurant and I'm glad I did. They are absolutely incredible! They're my favorite place to get falafel now. Perfectly moist on the inside, fantastic crunchy outside. I got a falafel wrap and the pita was lovely, nice and freshly toasted instead of microwaved like a lot of other places. They also have a "double olive hummus" which was *delicious*.
The customer service was phenomenal, and the employee (I think they said their name was Cameron?) was knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept, and they were very communicative and understanding when I discussed my allergies. The employee we spoke with was incredibly sweet and said they also treat their employees well. Win win!
I'd give it higher than a 5 if I could.

I got the Beef/Lamb large wrap. It was phenomenal! If I had to complain at gunpoint I could only say it was too much food and I'm a big eater. The fries were perfectly crisp and expertly seasoned, and I love the super thin steak fry shape. A must try for gyro lovers. The girl working was friendly and quick. The restaurant looked nice and clean and the decor was attractive. I will definitely be back.
I'm downtown and looking to eat after a night of dancing and partying and I see this crisp, clean white and blue eatery in Ankeny Alley. It exudes freshness and so we go in and it's 1 am. Food is hot, fresh and gyros are out of this world.
Then I see they have a location in West Linn and at Portland Saturday Market which is awesome because I can get great tzatziki or hummus on either side of the river. Staff is friendly. Food is banging. Get Thee to Angelina's Greek - you'll thank me later!
Delicious, good amount of spice, friendly. Nice clean place. Lamb was cooked and seasoned very well.
Only one less star because the gyros was a little small for the price, but it's only a minor complaint.
Read the reviews so gave it a shot. Without question the best gyro I've had(beef/lamb). Tzatziki is runnier than I'm used to, but it's the shiz. Added fries to it and would do again. Very casual & limited counter seating. Lots of people ordered to-go.
The host was welcoming and the portions are filling. The lamb is seasoned and the fries portion is worth ordering as a extra on the side.
Love this place! Have only had the Saturday Market location, but have had multiple times, always great. I get the garlic chicken wrap (so good!!) and my husband gets the beef/lamb wrap which he says is fantastic. Everything is fresh and the tzatziki is 💯 the staff are so friendly! The pita reminds me of the ones I had in Greece.
