Hi everyone!
I was there because I bought a Groupon for a couples massage. They couldn't give me the full hour and 15 minutes, but gave us a complimentary lunch! Lunch was very delicious! After lunch, we had our massages. The massage room felt very welcoming, and relaxing. I loved all the oils they used on me and the hot stones. This should rate 10 Stars! I will be back for a very relaxing day. Thank you Kiva and staff!
Amazing place to relax and enjoy! Their teas are 😋 yummy really glad and happy they offer gluten free options, pumpkin muffin is super good- very healthy and yummy menu- just an overall amazing experience for relaxing!
As always, Kiva does the best facials I have ever had. I already can't wait to go back. Not only for her extremely soothing and magical touch, but for her amazing, caring and beautiful personality and soul.
The cafe has delicious food and drinks. I enjoy snacking before or after my spa treatments. The service people make you feel special.
It is such a healing experience in every way.

Kiva offers such a special experience. I did not expect the atmosphere and the decor to be so calming and therapeutic. My sister got a massage and I got a facial. We will definitely be coming back!
Kiva! Got a coffee and an açaí bowl. Both were super yummy. Cute vibe, great little gifts like earrings.
Best facials and massage in PDX !! Every time I’m in Portland, I book several facials , massages and sauna. Love the vibe at KIVA and always feel so amazing after my treatments. Do yourself a favor and book some treatments. Best way to unwind ! 🥰
We had a fabulous day! The Spa was beautifully appointed, the staff was wonderful, helpful, skilled and personable (without being chatty through the treatments) and for the cherry on top, the headrests on the massage table was the most comfortable I think I've ever been in!
Audrey was very personable and lovely to chat with. She provided a safe space for me and helped me feel relaxed and comfortable with the hot stones massage. She was responsive to my requests and I got firm pressure. I am very grateful that Audrey stayed for my appointment, especially since it ended after closing. The tea afterwards was fantastic and so was the treat!
I had a massage at Kiva with Michell. Wow!! Even better than I expected. The whole experience was wonderful, from arriving at the spa to enjoying the free tea at the end. I’ll definitely be back.
Terrell was great, she asked questions, learned what I needed & really delivered & she was very compassionate as well as being very talented at massage.
I had a great experience. Teryl was awesome and provided excellent customer service. My 75 min massage was amazing. It was the perfect Mother’s Day gift. I would highly recommend. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Best açaí bowls in Portland, in my opinion. Especially love the crunch from the drizzled coconut oil. I’ve had each different bowl at this stage and they don’t disappoint.
The tea selection is great, but some have limited supply so it is hit or miss if you’ll get your first choice. Still, you’ll get something good.
Have met friends, workmates, and gone solo. All have been great.
Only downside of this place is I wish it were closer to me! Wander off 23rd and check it out.
