So good! Really cute themed references for a fan but not in your face/over the top. Food was delicious, service was warm and friendly. Beckett in particular was so sweet and helpful with recommendations! The space was also very cozy. Wish I lived here and could come more often.
Our stop at Guilder was surprisingly tasty. I expected to stop in for a cup of coffee, but ended up sitting down to an interesting roasted vegetable breakfast burrito. The ingredient ratio was unlike any other breakfast burrito I’ve eaten where the egg is the star of the dish, but I appreciated the extra veggies.
The coffee was good and the chocolate almond scone was like a marriage of scone and glazed donut.
As someone who is by NO MEANS a vegetarian, much less a vegan, I have to say this place is amazing! If you wouldn't have told me my breakfast burrito was vegan (yes I added egg) I wouldn't have even known. No, I'm not being converted from being a carnivore. The veggies were cooked perfectly, still had just enough crunch and they weren't mush. The ethically sourced coffee was stupendous! Knowledgeable baristas that had my espresso at the perfect temp, were super pleasurable to just chat with. Big time LGBTQIA+ friendly, feel free to ask for proper pronouns 🥰
Gotta say, the Princess Bride references are what brought me here. The food and folks working here will bring me back.
Some days I go to places like Fogo de Chao, other days I find awesome little gems like Guilder.
Excellent coffee, beautiful minimalist and airy scandinavian interior, extensive food and drink menu, a lot of seating to study or hang out, super friendly staff. Oh, and did I mention very cute neighborhood with tons of parking. To sum it up, this place checks all boxes of a neighborhood coffee shop.
Coffee is outstanding. Perfectly brewed and ultra smooth. They do quality control on all their coffee. So you going to get an extremely highest standard here often.
What a creative and fun coffee house. I love the theme of the Princess Bride movie! The espresso here is very smooth and rich, really loved it. Lots of vegan breakfast options too.
Amazing spot for delicious coffee and food. Service is quick and the staff is very friendly. The coffee is so smooth and their lattes are amazingly crafted. My go to food is their vegetarian burrito with vegan chorizo. I am not even vegan, I am a meat eating human but wow, it’s hands down the best chorizo around here. Highly recommend this spot for a quick stop for food/coffee. My one complain is that they only serve their affogato during the summer! Such a bummer, it was one of the main reasons I came here. I will still come for the breakfast burrito, but the affogato was CLUTCH.
Baristas are super kind and friendly. Lovely space to work with lots of natural light and chill atmosphere. And great coffee!

Fantastic latte and you have to get the breakfast toast. Very good indeed.
Also, there are lots of art on the walls from local artists which I ended up buying.
And to top it off, excellent soundtrack playing in the background.
