DIVE BAR BULLSEYE
This place has ample TVs and booths to watch sports. The menu has some homemade items that are outstanding for bar food. We love coming in on a weekend to watch sports on channels we don’t have at home.
Service is friendly and on the ball. We never were without a drink and food came out fast.
Only drawback to this joint are the gambling-addicted folks who are obviously down on their luck frequently using the ATM machine and acting weird at the bar. I would definitely watch my wallet and purse around this crowd. It’s too bad they can’t be fully contained in the video lottery room.
Tasty food and great service. Small interior though and the booths are very small. Only way to sit a group larger than 4 is the single middle table.
I had the bullseye burger which also has their brisket on it. It was delicious but some of the brisket was a tad chewy. There were also a ton of veggies on it compared to the meat ratio. Overall it’s a good burger to have. Also it was a large burger with all the stuff piled onto it.
For my side I opted for the fries with cheese and bacon on them. They were also good but not spectacular. I also think the position size of the fries was small. I don’t understand why restaurants don’t give you a massive pile of fries. Potatoes are super cheap.
In the end I was pleased and surprised by this place. For sure I’ll be going back.
Hands down, best Prime Rib Dip (French Dip)of my life. Could take or leave the mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. But the prime rib dip so far out shadows the mediocrity of the sides that it deserves a 5/5. The huckleberry lemon drop was also exceptional and the vodka tonic fully met my expectations. But the Tuesday special prime rib dip was so good I’ll be back just for that! Service was also exceptionally responsive.
