Glen And his staff were great. We played a benefit there and didn't really know much about the place. Dropped in with friends to play pool a while back and didn't stay long...but that was then, this is now. They had a great beer selection ( I'm a dark beer, anti-ipa snob so this was big) and the pizza guy was into his craft! Great food, different bands every Saturday, lots of different places to sit... Just overall, a great neighborhood bar... Just wish it was in my neighborhood!!!

My first time in O'Malleys was before they had the pizza oven. Waaay before that. It used to be a pretty typical "Felony Flats" dive, that seemed to be barely holding on until the new guys bought it.
The staff is what has kept me and my friends coming back. The owner and bartenders are always friendly and unlike some, they can actually hold a conversation.
They know their beer and mix a stiff drink when I REALLY need it. And unlike some bars, they actually rotate their beers on a regular basis.
The addition of pizza to the menu was definitely a bonus. Their prices are VERY reasonable and they're adding a touch of class with seasonal toppings like asparagus (maybe too classy for this hood).
My only complaint is that its on Foster. Wish it was tucked into my neighborhood, so I didn't have to dodge Nascar to get there.
The Best Dive Bar in Town. O'Malleys is 50% game room, 50% drinking hole, 50% Live Gigs and 100% awesome. That makes it 250%! You got to go! Free pool, Free Foosball, Great Jukebox, Mikey is always high. Best Burgers outside of the Gladstone. Better priced too. This is the Holy Grail of Bars in SE.
Killer burger. Excellent selection of micro brews. Great neighborhood pub.
