Have been using Vervacious products for a few years. Love how much we can add to a basic meal in a very short time. The jars and wooden boxes are cool too!

GREAT products! I have purchased from Vervacious since they opened in Portland. I order the Chocolate Balsamic by the case and give it as gifts. Everyone loves it. For a wonderful healthy dessert, just drizzle the Chocolate Balsamic over cut-up fresh fruit. Wonderful on fresh strawberries and raspberries. So glad the company decided to make a larger size for those of us that go through it quickly (sometimes I'm tempted to drink it as is!). Enjoy!
I've always been a fan of Veracious and it's a regular stop for my wife and me when we're in Portland.
Last Saturday, we timed our drive home so we could get there by about 5 PM because the closing time listed on the net was 6.
We arrived at about 5:15 and Veracious was closed.
I recommend you call the store if you plan to go late in the afternoon to confirm that day's actual closing time.
It's a really neat little spice shop on Commercial Street in Portland Maine that has dry spices, favored oils and flavored balsamic vinegar. The staff is super nice and very helpful. It's definitely a place to visit if you love to cook and try new spices.
Great selection of products here. Not sure how we missed this place for so many years, but will definitely be back. The chocolate balsamic is great and goes perfectly with vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries!
