The last time I went to this location there was an issue with payment for some reason the pin had froze up in the middle of payment so we had to do the another pin pad and that wouldn't work so finally they rebooted the system and I put my payment in and unfortunately the system charged us twice so the manager on that night was more than willing to make sure that the second charge went away although it wasn't showing on their side that it charged us twice it showed on my husband's Bank app that we got charged twice. So the manager took off the charge that was on their computer and said well either one thing will happen either you'll only be charged once or you get your food for free. Which we ended up only getting charged once instead of twice but I really appreciated the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure that we as a customers were happy he did not seem aggravated he did not seem still tempered he was more than happy to help us
This little Caesar's location is awesome! The team there work with pride and create fantastic pizza. They are professional, kind, and helpful. They listen to their customers and prepare the pizzas exactly like the customer wants. Best all, all their toppings are of great quality, and they put a good amount of toppings too. I have been going here for several years, and I have never had a bad experience. The restaurant is always clean and presentable. Great jobs guys at 91 Auburn st Little Caesar's!
I had a hell of a good experience there. Customer service was prompt and explained everything very clearly! My custom "all the pork" pizza was cooked really well and there were plenty of the devilishly good toppings on it! I'm looking forward to coming back! Great prices! 10 minute wait which is faster than my ovens! Good food for the price! 6.6/6!!!!!
