The best sandwiches in Provincetown. Get the Agent Dale Cooper - or - the breakfast sandwich, on a biscuit. Their breads and ingredients are all delightfully fresh. You can order ahead online, and pick up inside. The team here is always really lovely to interact with as well.
Was in Ptown over LD week and after hitting the gym at Mussel Beach, I’d stop by here to get a sandwich to go. Probably went 4 of the 6 days I was in town. Great selection, lovely employees, super cute shop. Also fun to people watch while you’re waiting as people walk by on Commercial. Love this place!
The Danny DeVito is the best sandwich on the planet. You won’t prove this wrong, I promise. Just try 1. Also a very very impressive chip selection which is, of course, incredibly important. Can’t wait for them to open back up in the spring !
Great food, people, atmo. Neighborhood place known for lunch—with fab sandwiches—but also great for breakfast. Best egg sandwich I've come across anywhere, consistently excellent, available on a freshly baked homemade buttermilk biscuit. Good pastries and coffee.

The breakfast sandwich on focaccia is just divine and salted to perfection. We went back twice during our stay! A 10/10.
By far the best breakfast and lunch in Ptown. Everything is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend The Agent Dale Cooper sandwich. Would eat here again and again.
Delicious biscuit breakfast sandwich and other delectable treats abound at this über-friendly and chic shop on Commercial Street. Not only can you visit in person and treat your senses to the sights and wafting aromas, you can also easily order ahead on their website!
You must try their homemade biscuit breakfast sandwich - order early on busy days because once the biscuits are gone for the day, they’re gone!
Their cleverly named and scrummy sandwiches are perfect to take with you on a ride through the beach trails or after a little hike in the dunes.

This is our favorite place to have lunch when running errands or just strolling the streets of Ptown. The green goddess chicken salad is a fave, as is the the turkey, avocado and cheddar. The sandwiches all have fun names. You can order online to pick up your food when you walk in, but then you miss browsing their eclectic collection of fun things for sale, including quilts, art, pimento cream cheese (another fave) to go, and small packets of lube. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

Breakfast Sandwich on a fresh biscuit. They run out of biscuits quick so don’t hesitate to get one. Also they make great strong coffee too.
