Had the most delicious smoothie ever from here! The best one I have ever bought. It was chocolate-y, sweet, substantial, filling, flavoursome, the perfect texture and consistency. There’s also juices and açai bowls available, they sell packaged snacks too.

Honestly, I'm typically not into health food places. However, the smoothies at Grab 'n Go are amazing. My favorites are Date Night and Chocolate Muscles. And no joke both are nutritious and delicious. Skip the ice cream and give yourself a real treat. Enjoy!

It is a small place on Commerical St with pretty cool food options. The veggie tacos were very tasty. The zucchini noodles were also good. Recommend this place for vegetarians.
I eat here all the time. Delicious salads with a huge variety of ingredients. You can choose as many items as you like. And the service is always great. Highly recommend.
