Walk right up and order. The food was delicious. Plenty of seating if you’re dining in. Prices are right. If you’re looking for a lot of affordable delicious Mexican, Rosie’s is the spot.
It was pouring rain but their outside seating was thankfully under cover. Food was good. Ask for salsa or hot sauce if you want any kick. Very flavorful guac.
One word, Authentic. The last review I saw for this place was horrible and it did not encourage me to visit I can say that much but I am here writing this review as I'm downing these green sauce enchiladas that those people could not be more wrong if you have visited Mexico, you will experience the same flavors you had in Mexico stop by this family owed restaurant and if you ever pass by notice how many people there are here. THERE IS A REASON ITS BOMB.

OVERALL: very good food at good prices in a colourful and central spot. LOCATION: center of PTown on the main street. SERVICE: takeaway, delivery or sit down outside (covered) - fast. AMBIANCE: friendly and colourful. FOOD: good selection of classic Mexican dishes. PRICES fair for the serving sizes. ECO: uses single use plastics which I hope gets replaced with re-usable utensils for sit down at least.
You want it quick, cheap, and delicious? That’s how you’ll get it at Rosie’s. Casual Mexican cantina on the main drag at Provincetown. Picnic table outdoor seating, great selection of enchiladas, quesadillas, sides, flautas, guacamole, and chips. My enchiladas expert claims they are among the best he’s has and he’s had a whole lot of enchiladas over the years. Quesadilla was small but good. Guacamole was very good but also a small serving. Full array of Mexican coke plus fruity Jarritos. Strawberry is my fave but mango is great too.

I tried two different tacos and a tamale, and all were excellent! From the list of available fillings I selected pastor (marinated pork) for one taco, and chorizo (a mildly spicy Mexican sausage) for the other.
Each one had my choice of meat, with chopped, fresh cilantro and onion tucked into a double layer of thin, lightly fried tortillas. With a squeeze of fresh lime juice, I was in heaven.
The tamale was a little spicy, just the way I like it, and it was filled with a nice chunk of tender, juicy chicken breast rolled into the middle. I had never had a tamale like this one, a daily special that sold out twice that day, and I hope to find it there again.
Walk-up, counter service restaurant with covered outdoor seating in the center of Provincetown, yet with a mellow, unrushed vibe. Burritos, enchiladas and all of your favorites, and new foods to try.
Authentic recipes from Rosie, the matriarch of the family, combined with very reasonable prices and quick, friendly service, make this new PTown eatery a real gem.
This place is so so good. Delicious and very authentic Mexican food, cooked quickly, freshly and with care and attention. Well priced as well, which is a total bonus for Ptown!
The best Mexican food in Provincetown! This place will be a big hit so get ready to stand in line hurry before the wait is too long! The taste of everything has that wonderful Mexican flavor we all have come to expect. Rosie’s will need a bigger location to handle the volume. Good news spreads fast and I expect the town crier to be on this soon. I’m so happy to have Mexican food again !
My favorite place to eat in Provincetown! Family run, friendly and welcoming. Excellent enchiladas, guac, and many other tex-mex favorites. You should eat here
I have been eating here every time I come to p town I first tried it in early 2021 and I got a quesadilla and I had a burrito too and it’s soo good with the steak and lime and cilantro and rice and beans and their big too like just amazing!
