This pizza hut went above and beyond to rectify an issue. We ordered online and door dash was deployed to deliver. Upon delivery we got the wrong order. When calling the store we go the manager who confirmed they switched our order on accident. He refunded, remade the the pizzas (larges for the inconvenience) and set it up for re-delivery. But that wasn't it. The doordash people wouldnt re-deliver, so he took his time out of the night to deliver personally. I really appreciate how above and beyond he went, a little grace and understanding as we know everyone is shortstaffed, and the kids said it was the best pizza they ever had❣️ Thank you for going above and beyond to rectify, and for making sure it was made right!

The manager went above and beyond to rectify a negative experience we had at this location. It is evident that they are currently short staffed and the manager is doing his very best to make sure the customers are satisfied with their food and service.

This location makes great pizza, but they were definitely understaffed (2 people) . However, those 2 people were working like demons and kept a very friendly deportment while making the food without error, shortcuts, or tardiness. Bravo!
