This is a fantastic dive bar that opens at 8 in the morning. They have been charging four dollars for a bottle of Heineken for at least the last two years. They have a jukebox and a nice group of people that go there. The man behind the bar who I believe is the owner could not be nicer. You need to be looking carefully as you walk up cottage Street. There is not a lot of signage outside but well worth looking for.

Clean!!!! Friendliest,Best Bartenders/people i know!!! Always Happy & u b Respectful to them,u get the same in Return!!! The Tully"s are Great people 1st & foremost. Consider them my Friends. Won't go Anywhere else!!! Long Live the TULLY ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!
